Whenever you work in a Service Industry like REAL ESTATE, you are bound to get letters from satisfied
clients. We have gathered these confidence-building notes and are now sharing a few with you. We have sold quite a few mobile homes and manufactured homes in our
real estate careers, but never more than we have in the last year! After we moved to Rogue Lea Estates
here in Grants Pass in February 2008, we began making a lot of friends with other mobile and manufactured homeowners.
The economy has been hit so hard that people are finding that mobile home living is not so bad. We
have several beautiful mobile home parks in this area and we have sold more of these homes than stick-built houses over the
summer of 2008. One lady approached us about selling her gorgeous manufactured
home located in Westlake Village, a park on one side of Rogue Lea Estates, after we sent out flyers to everyone in
both parks telling everyone that we were now residents. Alice R. decided to change Realtors® to get her home sold and called
us. What a delight! She ended up buying a single-wide in Rogue Lea Estates from us and
then we finally sold her double-wide. She wrote to us saying, “Dear Tim and Nancy, I have told you many
times how grateful I am for your help. You went beyond any Realtor®
I’ve ever dealt with, and then some!!! I thank you once more for everything and
Bless You both for your friendship. God Bless, Alice.” She has become one of our dearest friends.
It’s a joy to stop by to visit her.
Mal and Vera O. are a pleasant couple
that Tim worked with recently and they ended up buying a manufactured home in Westlake Village. They
wrote us a heart-warming note saying, “The service we received from Tim and Nancy was excellent. No
pressure, no problems, and we made new friends. They still answer any questions we have about the area.

Another
dear couple, Richard and Cheryl A. who had purchased a mobile home in 2006 from us decided that they wanted to downsize
to the mobile home next door to them in Country Estates! The first thing they did was call us and it was
a pretty simple transaction. They sent back a nice note saying “Tim is the greatest! Always
willing to help with anything. He’s a people person and great with “your” people if you

Our great first-time
homebuyers from Cave Junction, Oregon had trouble finding a home
