· We also search the Expired Listings on the local Multiple Listing Service.
· We continually attend Trainings and Seminars. We took our Advance Real Estate Practices studies online last year to increase our knowledge. Real estate is NOT a hobby for us. It is a serious business and our livelihood, and WE LOVE IT!
· We are fully automated with websites, personal computers, cell phones, high-speed Internet access, and call coordination. We can be reached easily and we respond quickly to your needs and questions. We will assist you with all transactions from beginning to end.

· We are members of the local Multiple Listing Service so that all 400+ registered Brokers can tour your home, receive a brochure about your home, and view your home online with all of the facts. Last year we combined our local MLS and Medford's MLS. That means that NOW ALL of the brokers in BOTH Josephine AND Jackson Counties will see your property!
· All of our Listings are posted on the new EXIT REALTY TOWNE CENTRE website at: www.ExitRTC.com and on our SCHMIDT TEAM websites at: www.GrantsPassHomeSales.com and www.RogueValleyHomeSales.com .
· We provide honest, professional advice on the marketability of your home. We do a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis for every home, even before you list or whether or not you list your property with THE SCHMIDT TEAM, to help you price your property correctly from the start.
· We communicate with our clients at least weekly by phone or in person and send you a written progress report every other week. You’ll see us a lot.
· We advertise in a variety of publications including: THE REAL ESTATE BOOK, MOVE2OREGON, SOUTHERN EXPOSURE, the Grants Pass DAILY COURIER newspaper, and THE NICKEL free newspaper plus online. HOMEBUYERS!! Before you sign anything, our GOAL is to make this undertaking as simple and effective for you as possible. Yes, purchasing a home is a big undertaking, but it doesn't have to be a hassle, especially when we work together through this five step process.
STEP ONE is to discuss what it is you're looking for in a home.
STEP TWO is when we evaluate your purchasing capacity and help you find the right financing. That way you can get a Pre-authorization letter from your lender so that when you make an offer on a home, the Sellers will KNOW that you are SERIOUS.
STEP THREE is when we will actually go to see any homes that you are interested in OR if we do this online, we send you flyers of homes that fit your criteria and then if you see something that you like, we can e-mail more information.
In STEP FOUR, once we've found your PERFECT HOME, we'll negotiate the purchase with the Sellers. After we reach agreement with both parties, we can get ownership transferred (The title company does this part.) and get you moved in and settled.
