One of our Buyer clients of Fall of 2005 is planning on moving up here to Grants Pass, Oregon after she and her husband retire in August 2007. Dan and Kathy Murphy weren't going to buy that fall, but they fell in love with the brand-new home that Tim found for them. They ended up buying that very home in November/December of 2005 and couldn't be happier. Our September 2006 buyers are from near the Oregon coast; Marge and Marty Clapp. They have finally moved to Grants Pass after having trouble selling their home in Toledo, OR.

We received a lead from a company online that we subscribe to for a couple in Virginia. Well, that couple, Chauncey and Susan Matye plus their four children, came to Oregon after selling their home in VA. So, they really needed a home with room for the two horses that they were about to inherit FAST!! Unfortunately, it didn't happen that way. It took almost two months for them to find a suitable home that they could afford, then another month to go through closing and finally move into their new home. THEN they had to find jobs nearby. They just sent back their questionnaire with a beautiful note that we'll share with you now.

One of our first-time homebuyers, Tom Coca, had a devil of a time getting everything to work out so that he could buy the home that he found to his liking. But, after a lot of hard work by both Tom and Tim, the deal went through and everyone was happy. Tim saw him at our latest celebration here in Grants Pass called “Boatnik” (Jet Boat Races and more), and Tom gave his testimonial as simply as one can.
